We had a romantic escape at this hotel and we enjoyed the underground parking and the very helpful staff. the location was great for us as it allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. the room was good, comfortable, and clean.

The description of the room was not specific and thus we were surprised by what we got. the area around the hotel was very chaotic and it was difficult for the taxi to find.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpful staff and the wonderful location so close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. It was also great that the hotel was in a gated area, providing a sense of security.

My xmas experience was exceptional! I loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the hotel's location close to the main pedestrian street and a large shopping mall. Plus, the staff was so helpful and friendly!

That the hotel was difficult to find at first, as the address on Google maps was incorrect and it was located in a gated area. there were some misunderstandings with the staff regarding prices and mini-bar charges, but nothing major that affected my overall stay.

Our stay at Arcadia Gold was exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean. The modern furniture added a touch of luxury to the ambiance.
